Tam Leek Meet 25.7.14

The next Tam Leek meet at The Hawes Inn at South Queensferry will be Friday 25.7.14.

Usual set up as i am off that day i will be there about 4 ish, as i quite enjoy a walk about the promenade.

Dinner will be booked for 7.30pm

So come along and meet the legendary Helga......:}

Please be aware this is not an official 75 & ZT Owners Club meet and as such is not covered by the Club’s public liability insurance. Also the Owners Club take no responsibility for the meet/event in any way.

Bad news Graham. I won't be attending this evening as my sciatica is causing me a lot of pain today. I'm in a great deal of discomfort. I just drove my mum to the local Aldi and that was bad enough. If it wasn't for the pain, I'd be there like a shot. So sorry. Hopefully I'll be fine for the next one. Was really looking forward to meeting you all and the cars and give the coupe it's first drive in 3 years. It will have to wait a little longer.

Thanks to all who attended last nights meet at The Hawes, it was a beautiful evening.

Hope this weather continues into the first week in August as i will be at Grantown on Spey for 5 nights.

I won't be attending this evening as my sciatica is causing me a lot of pain today. I'm in a great deal of discomfort. Ooh, you have my sympathy, been there. I did a disc in my back which trapped a nerve, turned into sciatica with bells on. Couldn't get in the car let alone drive it. Even with horse painkiller I could only get relief by lying on my side on the floor. Hope it clears up soon.

Thanks. To be honest, by the evening I was a lot better and I contemplating attending but was concerned it would trigger again and I had taken some very string painkillers. I wanted to attend but thought I'd best leave it. I hope you all had a great time. It really was a gorgeous day yesterday.
