well, 5 hours in all, quick for me lol. Todays job was cancelled due to rain, sods law the sun broke out just after 12. So i used the spare time to inflict some TLC on my own motor for a change. Experimented with some new stuff that been sent to be. Applied with the megs G220, think the rotary would be a bit too quick for the glaze. Just thought i'd share.
dirtys befores.

Very nice results you've got there!

I've only had chance to play with my Megs 220 twice so far, the wonderful English weather conspires to stop me each time I want to use it!

Do you mix shampoo with the foam solution?

What polish did you use & what wax did you use?

yes mate i used a mix of super snow foam and chemical guys maxi suds. no polish today, i used finish kare foam pad glaze, and finish kare pink wax. New products from the US, finish kare uk are supplying me for my business so today was experiment time, its good stuff ( in a totally unbiased way lol)

Ah right! I'll have to remember finish kare for when my supplies run low. The Yanks certainly have a huge choice of car details kit!

Do you a Detail/Vallet for a living then? Or just a hobby?

looking really good and you cant beat a nicely detailed car. I have the UDM with transformer and havent used it that much yet due to the weather since i bought it but hopefully the next few months will put that right, not heard of those products before, nice to see something else recommended.

I've used some of the FK1 Medium Compound and I wasn't too impressed by it - but it looks like you got an excellent finish from the glaze, nice and warm but reflective!

yeah why not. off to carlisle in a couple of weeks to do a bentley arnage T and a jag XKR. Inferior motors to the 75 but its a job LOL. best bit about keeping a car spotless (well mine anyway) people keep asking if its a private reg, and I take great delight in telling them "no, its nearly ten years old and on original paint."
