Can the springs and struts that are used on a Rover Tourer, be used on an MG ZTT.

The springs and shock absorbers are different on the ZT-T, so unfortunately not.
The only cross compatibility I'm aware of is with the rear shock absorbers - while not the same damping rate, they are able to be used from the 75.

bit of a post hijack sorry......
i've just looked on ecp for a rear shock for my ZTT (ones leaking) :eek: they're not exactly cheap @ £158...... any cheaper options around that anyone knows of?

i take it its recommended to chage the bolts at the same time? any best places for them?
