The upper information dash panel is a complete blank including information regarding average fuel to mileage etc. Also the lower panel (trip & mileage ) lights remain on even when the key is removed and doors locked.:duh:

The usual first suggestion is to try a battery disconnect/reset (20-30 minutes) and take it from there.
