we need a bit more info than that! Which section of the front suspension are you intending to replace?

HI Jim.
Have a good read of this thread before you try and remove the arm, so you have a good idea of what is involved, if you need to ask amymore questions after come back to us I am sure a few members will also have snip bits of other information cheers Arctic.

It's worth bearing in mind the large ball joint (in the middle of the 'L') can get corroded into the subframe - a bit of heat on the threads and a good hammer will usually shift it though.
Failing that, some members do apply pressure with a bottle jack onto the tip of the ball joint thread - but it's a potentially dangerous method so only do this if you're very confident the car is supported well, and you're well clear when it does 'let go'. Personally, it's a bit much for me - I'd take mine to my local garage if it got to that point.

Regarding wishbones, I do have them - I have a selection with and without the bush attached to the rear, and aftermarket or items from MG in China as used on the MG7.
Here you go: Front Lower Wishbones - 75/ZT (http://www.dmgrs.co.uk/search?q=rover+75+lower+arm)

No problem, I always have them here. :)
Just be prepared for that ball joint being seized - heat is key to getting it out in my experience. A good blow torch is essential. :)
