When pulling off I have judder. It goes away if I rev to 1500-1800 revs. Happens in 1st and 2nd but not reverse. Theres absolutely no pull in 3rd so no point trying to pull away in that. Assuming its a toque issue and needing a remap?

This is a common symptom of a failed lower engine mount.
Worth checking that first. :}

What part #s would I need to look for to replace that mount?
Usually use rimmerbros for research due to the lovely exploded diags.

Yes, I agree Rimmers site is brilliant for the drawings.
It is item 11.

How easy is it to fit that. Am assuming its better to get the whole thing replaced? i.e. the small and the large bush?

Easy to change just remove the engine under shield support engine and undo the two through bolts and replace

Sounds to me like it could be the mount - when failed, you get some pretty nasty vibration through the car. Hopefully a nice, easy fix. :)
The Hydramount (left-hand side when looking into the engine bay, part of the engine mount assembly) is another cause of excessive vibration when failed.

Yep smoother pull away with the powerflex's on. Now I have awful vibes whilst stationary. Upper right I think, through steering wheel, hydramount search on now then.

Well changed the air filter as I'd been told it'd been done, whilst cleaning plenum I noticed back bolts for cover hadn't been touched so new air filter. Even smoother, stationary is worse now.

Got a replacement hydramount that I'll get fitted next week. Will update if better then.

Shoot me down in flames anybody for saying this, but here is a common problem made worse by using non-gen or non oem parts on our cars.

Well at least on our cars the mounts are a lot cheaper than they used to be. For future reference, my current pricing on mounts is as follows:

Hydramount (petrol models) £54.99
Hydramount (diesel models) £64.99
Lower Engine Mount (petrol models) £44.99
Lower Engine Mount (diesel models) £62.49

All available here:
Engine Mounts - Rover 75 / MG ZT (http://www.dmgrs.co.uk/collections/engine-mounts)

Finally, if there are any diesel owners wanting the proper lower mount I've had a batch made up to the exact same specifications as the original by an OEM supplier.
They're here: CDTi Lower Engine Mount Group Buy (http://www.dmgrs.co.uk/collections/engine-mounts/products/group-buy-75-zt-cdti-lower-engine-mount-kkh101402)

Hope this helps save members some dosh. :)

Sort of fixed during T$ at Marinabrians. Still there but not as bad. Am going to get a new lower mount as the powerf one is maybe making this worse now that Ive sorted the jumpy pull away (Faulty MAF thanks again to the T4). Just need to find one breaking so I can reclaim the nylon insert as I cant find my old one.
