Fogged headlights

The headlight lenses are badly fogged on my 2004 MGZT (Facelift model).
This has resulted in diminished lighting. Is there any way I can clean them and get them clear again?

This is another stupid fault on the Rovers. Caused by Hella, a German supplier.
You see many German cars from the same period having same problems.

if you can remove you bumper easily then bring them down to me this weekend and I will show you how to polish them up in an hour....
