Hello all. Today I removed the drivers side exterior door handle to fix a problem with the lock mechanism which was succesfull. However, the small cover that covers the key entry into the barrel (two parts) fell to the floor on removing the rear lock finisher. On replacement I cannot see how this small cover fits as it will not automatically return to a closed position when the key is not inserted. Should there be a small spring and have I lost it?
