Hi all,
I recently acquired a 2.5 v6 75 primarily for spares as one of the head gaskets has gone on the engine but after looking around the car its not in to bad a shape and may be worth saving.
so I would like to know if its a massive job to replace the head gaskets, will the heads need to be skimmed and what can I do to flush all the gloopy mayo from the cooling system.
I will have loads of time to do the work so no worries there and new head gaskets don't cost the earth so basically is it worth doing
