the good old air bag wires and plugs.

hi all.

right a while ago changed over my seats from my 1.8 to the v6.

so today got round to wiring in the air bags.
found out that the seats wires have been repaired at some point so its not plug and play now.

right I have
yellow covered wire with 2 x blue wires that go to the back of seat

1 x blue plug with 1 orange and 1 red wire on it

1 x yellow plug with 1x black / white wire and 1 x purple/ white wire covered in a yellow cover and goes to the seat belt.


then we have from under the floor.
1 x blue plug with 1x orange and 1 x orange / red wires
1 x yellow plug with orange and white / purple wires.

can anyone tell me what goes where

Hi Steve, sorry I have just seen your request, Ive been out all day doing Rover stuff.
I have a similar job to do next week for another member, he got a seat set with the plugs cut off at the wrong end, so did'nt fit them. He asked me to investigate this and get the plugs needed to fit up all the bits and pieces.
Do you want to send me your email address for some photos of what I have as a guide, Just pop into a pm to me and I will get onto it!

got mot coming up and didn't want to leave the job till the last moment to sort out.
