Hi all just went to the shops and noticed my fbh running when I swiched the car off yet the temp reading says its 7 degrees outside i didn't think they kicked in until it was below 5 degrees is this right thanks

Maybe the thermoswitch has been replaced with a LR version? Either way, the dash display uses a different sensor so there may be some variation between what one says and the behaviour of the other.

Yeah mine can kick in at 6 but is normally bellow 5 but hey it still feels cold at 6 so the boost in heat up is welcome.
