Heater blowing old cold air from the passengers side

morning all

I have a problem my zt 190 is blowing out cold air from the passengers side, this is what even with the weep maxed up Hightower, it has the climate control system fitted.

I've done so far,

Drained the system and washed out the matrix not much cam out of that may need doing again

I've changed the thermostat and coolant sensor. Engine gets up to temp fine now, originally I though this May have been the issue as the gage kept going up and down,very odd.

System refilled and check for air locks ,check heating pipes and they all get hot.

I'm running out of ideas on what this issues could be ,

If some one could help and let me no what I need to do I would be very great full .

Have you bled the cooling system according to the MG Rover procedure involving raising the expansion tank?

Could well do if bleeding the system doesn't help. With the matrix out try filling it with hot water and have a feel to see if it is heating up uniformly.
