Rubbing noise when turning steering wheel

Hi, just noticed today that when turning steering wheel, engine on, there is a rubbing/creaking noise. Could that be the bearings on the struts?

The reason I ask is that I had new shocks/springs put on car not too long ago and the bearings were replaced.
What else would cause such a noise?

Thanks never thought about that. I'll check that. It didn't make the noise today but I'll have a look.
