What are you using to try and connect?

If it's Torque via a phone, there are some issues.

There's one straightaway.
My HTC desire C would not connect to Torque at all.

My Motorola just does.

I think it's down to the HTC's bluetooth drivers.

Loan a different phone and it'll probably work fine.

That contains Windows drivers for a PC/laptop and various programs to monitor results.
I couldn't get those to work either.

I bought one off eBay for about six quid or a poorly octopus as some might say, paired it up with android tablet running KitKat 4.4.2, works great there is a tutorial on you tube on how to set up but as also stated they can be a bit hit and miss.

Just to add to the list of posts, diesel powered vehicles never had to comply with any obd standards until 2004. But some have found some systems do work but there is no promises it will or wont.

I bought an elm327 and bought the torque app for my Blackberry and not managed to connect to anything yet. Bought the elm from a British supplier but it took about 3 weeks to come, guessing it's a poor copy

I bought one too. I can get it to connect but torque can't seem to interpret the data
