rear seat base

how do remove rear seat base on my connie se ,i just don't want pull at it and damage it any help on this would be welcome thanks.

there's a how to somewhere
basically pulling the front up at each corner releases it from the spring clips. then if you have a look underneath you'll probably make out the retaining clips holding the seat down via a metal bar. Find something like a long screwdriver/thin broom handle to push the bar back and out of the clip.

edit: if you need to remove it completely you'll have to unbolt the middle seat belt, if you're only doing an intank pump or similar then you can move the seat to the side without the need to undo the bolt.
