Air bag retaining straps.

I am in the process of changing the colour of the airbag trim, how do I attach the yellow retaining straps to the new trim please, or how do I release from the old trim?

Which airbags are you changing ?,

if it is the one for the passengers airbag, then just pull the trim piece, and it will come out with the straps and bracket, (Don't pull it too far forward, just enough to see the back) and on the back are 7 x T20 torque screws, undo, and then attached the bracket and screws back to the new passengers air bag cover, but I would disconnect battery and leave for at least 30 minutes before doing it
