Very simple - well it is the second time you do it!

1. Remove two screws at base of front corner of bumper immediately behind the wheel.
2. Remove black tread plate on top of bumper
3. Remove row of torx head bolts that are now visible under tread plate
4. Below bumper near the centre at the back remove 2 plastic scrivets (or cut the cable ties that whoever was there last used because the broke the scrivets!)

5. With a helper sharply pull the bumper away from the wheelarch at the front - needs a firm but not violent tug to get the clips to let go. I use an old towel over the bumper as soon as it comes lose to avoid scratching the bodywork as it springs back. Get helper to hold the loosened side, and repeat on the other.

6. As you gradually pull the bumper backwards reach underneath and undo the connector for the reverse sensors.

7. Refitting is as they say - the reverse of removal!

Good luck

Mike

There are 2 more screws on the bumper adjacent to each light.
