Doing a bit of service work on Mrs Noc's 75. Where can I get the washers for the drain and level plugs for the Jatco autobox, or is it OK to use the old ones?

Also looks like the EGR valve is weeping oil where it bolts to the inlet manifold - anyone know of a supplier for the O ring?

Mike; I'd say that if they still retain their sealing qualities then refit them! If you need replacements, X-Part is the first port of call. Have you looked at Rimmer's website?

Same goes for the EGR 'O' ring I'd have thought. :}

Thanks Simon. Haven't tried X-Part yet but I looked at Rimmers and couldn't find any of them listed as individual parts.

If the autobox washers are copper then I can anneal them same as I have done with the engine sump plug washer a fair few times. :D

Thanks Jak. Have logged all of these suppliers for future reference. :bowdown:

I've been lucky lately and haven't had to spend that much on the fleet. :D

Saying that has probably put the mockers on it though. :eek:

Mike, Rimmers have the drain plug washers in stock - Part No: TEB100040L, but no mention of level plug washers that I can see..

Cheers,
Karl.
