Diesel question

Hi got my new and first ever diesel, its a 2 litre ztt and it drives like a dream but my mum got stopped by police travelling at 50 and under 2000 revs it was belching black smoke. It hadn't done it since and it wasn't at start up no over revving etc and it was halfway through the journey. Any help cheers

At those low revs I'd look at cheapest suspect first the air filter, then intercooler pipe O rings. I'm sure someone will offer up other suggestions but fingers crossed for the cheap fix, good luck. Lee.

Your car was overfueling, and there are many things that can cause that, so Cossie will have to play detective before he plays mechanic.. :D:D:D

Mine was the MAF thanks to MarinaBrian for his T4 kit for finding that.
