heated seat system from conny to zt

Hi all i was wondering what kind of job it would be to take the system out of my old conny and fit to zt!
Can the elements be fitted to my manual red monaco seats
and is it a massive job to take loom and all from conny and fit to zt

Nothing is impossible if you have the time AND patience. You will have to unpick the wires from the harness (have done similar but with whole harness already out!!).
Look at Rimmer's site to see that the elements are a separate subassembly that you will need to remove. Striping down a seat cushion and seat back will also take quite some time (been there).
