Hello,

Sometimes front left speaker has no sound. I removed door panel and checked the wire connection and the head unit, there was no problem.

Is this a common problem?

Do i have to make new wire connection?

Thanks...

From my experience, the wiring on the car is usually fairly good and reliable. The problems begin with after market adaptor looms that are of poor quality. Worth checking the contact and integrity of the pins and corresponding sockets before going too much further in.
Hope this helps.

It could be a number of things,

Next thing to check is the speaker connections at the head unit and make sure they are making a good contact , should be black/white and black/grey coloured wires .
If you still have the door card off you can do a continuity test on the wires to make sure they aren't broken/intermittent .
If all this is okay then the fault is likely with the speaker of the head unit:}

Just as I guessed.
I changed speaker and it was same.

Next thing i have to do is to check the head unit.

One more question,

- My removal tool for the head unit is too big for it and not going into the hole.
Which one is compitable for Harmony?
I want to get one.
