I have a grill badge that looks so terrible I have decided to strip it back to basics,
Because it is chrome, any ideas as to preparation, and what paint to use,

Have you tried spraying it all over with WD40? Leave for a few minutes, then dry it off. Did that with mine, and then gave it three coats of acrylic lacquer.

Many thanks for getting back to me, what did you use, cant find the brush on laquer.
