Clutch bleeding?

Any help with this would be great
Clutch pedal is firm and I can get all gears
But if I hold the pedal down for a prolonged period
It will not return by its self, and i cant select any gear,
I have to lift the pedal with my toe
And it works fine again
No leaks at the master and I'm near 100% sure no leaks at the slave
