I'll soon be getting a wood and leather steering wheel and before I fit it I would like to smarten it up as much as I can, the leather is in good condition but the wood has the odd scratch on it, does anyone know what type of lacquer was used so the new does not react with the original on the wheel and end up blistering or the like.
