Read this ad and can someone tell me if it is legal in light of the new regulations. Could he be reported for this?

I've just looked at this, and can't work out if the guy is a trader or not. If he is, then the car should have the warranty.

If you look at the ad again it says , Seller Type- trade at the bottom of the left hand column. Just below the mileage.

Have a look at his other ads (click on his name). Just happens to be selling 10+ other cars from his "personal collection".

Definitely a trader. If he says otherwise, then he's dodgy.

edit : just read above from arnosvale : simples. States he's a trader.
