Help required :(

Hi all. In need of some help :( I had a new spring fitted for the MOT a few weeks ago and now the other side has gone (drivers front)

Is there anyone local to me in Wolverhampton who can come and fit a new spring for me?

The car isn't driveable as it has snapped on to the tyre :(

It was a mechanic that said it's OK to only replace one when I knew it would put load on the older spring. Just want someone who can come and do it and not rip me off.

Amazed that a "mechanic" would only replace one spring! Springs should be changed as a pair in my opinion.....

These are to stop the spring going through the tyre if it ever happens again.

I have a set in the garage, never got round to fitting them! The good thing is that it is just on the tyre and hasnt gone through.

Cut the end off with an angle grinder and you can drive it if you know of a garage you trust nearby. Wouldn't drive it too far though.
