Hi Everyone!,
the nearside bonnet catch seized the other day so me being me - stupidly - thought it was ok to disconnect it until I have a replacement and just use the offside one... which of course i never got round to do. This shot me in the foot today when I tried to open the bonnet and the cable had no tension at all from the opening 'flap'. I assume it came apart at the block and now I have no idea how to open it to replace the catch, I assuming/hoping blunt force and swearing isn't the best answer?
I notice from searching that the secret seems to be a little disclosed so could someone be very kind and help an idiot out? :duh:
