Coolant pipe loose?

In the plenum chamber, the bottom coolant pipe going through the bulkhead looks like it could do with a little push. It's a pain to get to.
Or is this normal?

Looks OK to me. Pipe should be up against the shoulder on the metal pipe and it looks like it is. Hard to see I know. You can get access to it by removing the access panel.

The picture was taken with the scuttle panel etc off, still difficult to get hands down there :D
Feeling through the rubber pipes, the bottom metal pipe did seem to be a bit longer.
I would have thought both pipes should be pushed against the bulkhead, but hopefully it's okay as it is.

Access is not through the scuttle its through the access panel which you have to remove. Its the steel panel behind the firewall. The pipes as I have said should be up against the shoulder on the metal pipe which yours looks like it is. If you look at the end of your rubber pipe you can see a bulge on the metal pipe. This is where the pipe should be up too and it is.
