Alright, had my car in for aircon regas, leak in the system and its been pressure tested today. They have said the pipe has been holed by it rubbing on the PAS hose.

Wanted £285 to fix it, which i declined.

It seems a fairly common fault, but i cant find a part number for the pipe. Anyone got any ideas?

You should find the part number on here ,

but a lot of it is shown as out-of-stock

Is this one of the things to cover on the "to do" list when your front bumper is off ?

I pulled the pas pipe away from the pipe and it feels flat. Can feel a hole in it so I think that's the one. Surely 165 just for the pipe was a bit steep. If anyone can help it'd be appreciated.

Yeah I think it is. Going to the lakes on Saturday with the caravan. Cold drinks required lol

I think this is the one...

It should be. It has been posted on here often and the guy who put the 'to do' list together said he would add it. A good way of preventing the problem
is to fit a length of 1/2" rubber hose split lengthwise over the aluminium pipe
and secure with cable ties. You do not need to remove the bumper to do this so, if you haven't checked it before, do it now.
