Hi, not strictly MGR ( I do own one of each, honest!) my wife bought a Mini One today. Came with drivers window down which the young lady selling said happened yesterday. Thought ok prob a fuse , bought it and drive home.
Home, fuses ok. Took door panel off. Armrest secured with copies amounts of white glue, -getting suspicious now. Pulled glass back up manually. Tried operating window again..... Nothing. Makes sound like window motor is working but Window does not move , not at all.
Passenger window unaffected.
Do we need a new regulator?
Anyone know the answer please? Want to get the car usable for her ASAP.
