3/4/5 gear only between 2.5 anf 3.5k revs? and only seems to be when engine is not thorougly warmed up

possible contaminated clutch do you think

the gadgie i bought it of said it had a new clutch not long ago 95000 miles now was 88k when i bought it
had nothing but problems with this car
broken fan on speeds 1 & 2 3rd speed works only if engine temp is over 115 degrees
runs really good on gas/lpg till it gets hot also petrol is fine 99%of the time when hot
have used elliots gasket fix which seems to have cured water loss
cars a fcking nightmare tbh anyone want it?

Guessing it's a 1.8t?
If so that's the range the turbo starts spooling so more than likely clutch is worn or contaminated. Maybe slaves weaping? Definitely shouldn't be slipping on standard power.
Might know someone interested if your serious about wanting to get rid
