It's the economy drive version and late registered by Rover to get rid of stock. I know I am missing the rear ashtray. What else did they get rid of?

Is the horn easily obtainable? I presume the wiring, etc. is still there for it?

Wiring isn't there just have to run across behind bumper easiest.Jules did a How To on adding extra horn.
Is it a MK1 or MK2? As most bits were put back on and more on later MK2 variants.

There is a full list somewhere but I can't locate it at the moment I'm afraid.

Do you mean that none of the extras looms are fiited?

Mine is one of the last made and has all the looms required to retrofit anything from the rear electric sun shade to the cruise control. Some of the later, Mk2 models had some of the items deleted by Project Drive re-instated....it is just luck what you get...

Correct.......No Blind, cruise, heated seats, and so on...
