Now the city centre square here has buskers all the time and I do not know if they require a permit or not. Possibly as bureaucrats just love their paper work but have never seen any of the buskers or beggers hassled here. There is always 3 or more beggers outside the Christian Church gate. This is a poor country but so far I have seen far more care and respect here than in the UK now.

Even the bins are emptied daily!! So how come the poorest country in the EU can manage this yet the UK cannot? Maybe it's the greed that rules the UK?
