Have a knocking noise on my 2.0 V6 2003 75
Can anyone advise best place to purchase camshaft?

Why? If your cam is worn to the extent of knocking I would expect the engine is not worth spending anything on it.
More likely you have a knackered inlet manifold, or, a cam follower is stuck open and draining down.

So I don't understand if you are asking two questions, or if you are tying the knock to the camshaft?
