Today I'm about to attempt to replace the power steering pump (CDTi), does anyone know if there is a how to guide on here? I was just looking for something for reference. I've tried searching but not come up with anything.
I've looked in Haynes and the order of work doesn't appear as clear as it could be.
Thanks

Haven't seen one but it is pretty straightforward.

One tip; loosen the 3 bolts holding the steering pump pulley to the shaft before removing the serpentine belt.

You can drain the system by removing the pipe at the cooler under the front bumper - the connections there are push fit after you have pressed the two locking lugs in.

If you are changing the fluid then turn the steering wheel lock to lock a few times to drain it, and do the same when you fill up with fresh fluid.
