other airbag warnings reasons

I re did all the wires under the seats that usually cause the airbag fault light. It went off and stayed off unti a month ago. It is due for an MOT soon and i need to know what other things cause the error. Had all the carpets out in summer and did the sunroof drain but could not see any water ingress when i put the hose over the car, before i put the carpet back in.
Is it a plenum possibility if the car has plenum drains.

Side impact sensors could be a cause.

Squib rings can cause problems on some makes of cars, does your horn work OK? If you have radio controls on your steering wheel do they work?

Don't start changing components in the vague hope it will fix the problem, it can get very expensive and rarely works. Get somebody with a T4 to check what is causing the problem.

yeah im in darligton most of the time now.
Car is parked there now as ive not renewed the insurance yet.
MOT due dec 5th.
Im available anytime apart from wed/thurs this week
