Sold my silver Tourer.
Has been sold to a gentleman in the top of the South Island, just out of Nelson.
I hope he gets a lot of enjoyment from it.
I am selling my other Tourer, once I get the airbag light to go out!
That means I will only have my ZT190 left. That has had an engine rebuild and is now ready for collection.
I am even selling my 1979 SD1.
Have had a change of make recently. Have bought a 2004 Mercedes-Benz E500, and a 2004 E320 CDi.
They 320 CDi is the one with the inline 6 cylinder turbo diesel.
I like them both immensely. The diesel is my daily drive, and with 500Nm of torque, it pulls rather well!
The E500 is my favourite though. So quiet, you would not even know it was a V8. Only when you hit the go pedal hard do you here the V8 sound in the car.
At this stage I plan on keeping the ZT190 for a while. After the money I spent getting the engine rebuilt................
Plus that is the only manual car I have had, and probably will have, for a long time!
I am giving the new owner the website address for this Club and will be strongly recommending that he joins!
