M.O.T. Changes.

Seen on Facebook the above,which will drop the word advisory, replaced with Dangerous,Major,minor. Also emission levels for diesel to be lower. And some mention of under bonnet sound suppression. Will this mean i will have put under bonnet cover back on for test.;)

Dangerous? Surely something seen as "dangerous" should be an MOT fail?

There is the option to already put a failed item as dangerous. Some new changes from May onwards...

Ah, just had a quick shifty on the dvla website, and it appears that it's just the wording of the Mot that's changing.
"Dangerous" or "Major" is just a rewording of "Fail" and "Minor" is a rewording of "Advisory".
