If that includes a new tensioner then it may be reasonable depending on the hourly rate. The belt itself is £15-25 retail but the tensioner is closer to £65. job shouldn't take more than an hour and probably considerably less.

Where is the tensioner situated. Is it the top wheel I can see?

The answer to that question Nige depends upon your level of experience and the size of your tool kit. The OSF wheel and wheelarch liner need to be removed to gain access. If I remember rightly the engine is supported whilst the upper engine mounting is disconnected. The tensioner is not visible before dismantling has begun. To get the full picture, treat yourself to a Haynes manual from e-bay then decide.
