Help needed Flasher unit/relay needed (non rover)

Evening everyone, a friend of mine is in need of some replacement flasher units/relays. The original is shown in the pic attached and I’ve been able to find one on euro car parts (https://www.eurocarparts.com/search/452330020). But unfortunately there is no stock.

He needs 6 of them (he’s in Spain and can’t source any so I’m trying to help him but can’t find any stock. Has anyone got any ideas? Is there an alternative perhaps?
