Front seat backs. Removal?

Hi, do the back pockets on the front seats prise out, or do you have to replace all of the back. The movement of the pocket is very loose and the black frame seems to be worn or not very springy. The seats have airbags so I'm reluctant to use any type of force in case of a mishap. Any help appreciated.
Is it just easier to get a sandstone seat or backrest and swop over.

When mine came loose I just used self tappers & screwed back to the frame:cool:
