Does anyone else have an issue with these? I've replaced the sensor twice in the last 18mths or so and it has failed again, I've looked at it again this morning and it looks fine, i took it out and cleaned it and re-tightened it but nothing. I replaced it in the autumn and it worked fine, is there another problem that could be common to both lights or an i just getting a duff batch of sensors?

Thanks Mike, i can see how it would work with an older (worn) sensor but why would a new one need it? I don't drive around in reverse all day!
Would taking the washer out have the same effect? Presumably at risk of breaking the seal.

Possible that the fork displacement Inside the box is out of limits.

But fairly sure if you test all your old sensors with an ohmmeter ,you'll find
them OK
