I see a lot of shops now are taking pre-orders for the Playstation 3.

They all want the full price paid up front though ;)

So, a simple show of hands really, PS3, Xbox360, Both or none!

None for me,

But i would like a Wii for the fun of playing games and jumping about.

I have never been a fan of the PS/Xbox as i cant use the joypads, If they made a keyboard that plugs in i might look in to getting one.

None.

Painting, reading books, walks in the countryside and music will do me...and my kids and and and they WILL enjoy it, so there!

Well, a PS3 would be good just so I can go and buy the next Gran Turismo....

But I'd rather spend the money on other things, to be honest.... :)

That's what's putting me off, the price is just

Give it a year and it will literally be half the current offering.

Prime example (albeit years later), my local Asda are selling the PS2 for £49 quid!

After spending £200 on just a graphics card for my PC not that long ago, I have no intention of going down the console road :D My little PC plays everything I want it to at the moment, and anyway my nephew has one of them xbox 360 things :)

I'd have one but will wait until the price drops. I am a fan of games. When the PS1 first came out I hardwired the living room and dining room to be able to connect two consoles together. Still use it from time to time; the PS1 games are a bit dated now. Have a PS2 in two bedrooms and the living room. Playing FFXII at the moment.

Do you think I need help? Keeps the brainbox ticking. :)

The Blu Ray is having so many problems and Repairs don't touch it yet!
The Price is mainly for the Blu Ray technology which also makes it far to expensive and late, the XBox has got a real hold now & the HD Player for that is far cheaper combined!
Only what I think but we are all different, Remember Sonys track record on new Technology this could become another BetaMax!
