Leather Seats for a ignoramus

I have just bought a 2001 V6 Conn SE and have never had a car with leather seats before. My question is what do I treat the leather with and how often should this be used.

I have heard of restorers and leather preservative? Am just after a few pointers as to what is best. The seats are currently in very good nick and I want them to stay that way.

Dont use the simoniz leather cleaning wipes, its been like sitting on a ****** skating rink all day
