Hi All,
I am new member to the forum; I have recently purchased a Rover 75 CDT as a car to use for Mountain Biking and Climbing. I love the car, the ride is a revelation compared to my normal car (09 Mini John Cooper Works) although it is not as exciting through the twisty bits.
The car is 2001 (Y) with 60,000 miles on it and looking at it has been well cared for, fully serviced and in surprisingly good condition for a car of its age. From my brief spell of research on this forum and the use of G**gle, I have deduced that my FBH may be on the blink. Everytime I open the car door a fan whirring noise starts up and emanates from the FBH. From reading around I am lead to believe that this is knackered?? What do I need to do to fix it? Or is this normal operation??
I would really like this to be working as it would make sleeping in the car this coming Scottish winter season slightly more palatable!!
