ive got like a rattle sound coming from where the belt is,which was changed last year, still doing it now,the garage said its normal cos of heavey use when 1st starting, lol. the rattle last about 5 min now from cold,then ok for rest of the day does anyone know what it is thanks?:shrug:

is your car a 2L ?

If so it could be a faulty VIS motor or inlet manifold.

hi its a 2l tdi there no lack of power or any think just makes a bad rattle sound when cold

Ok is a diesel so it wont be the VIS motors or the manifold then :)
