all 4 shocks replacing:anybody know anywhere to pick these up?

seat belt fraid,rear one,are these easy enough to fit myself?

Handbrake is non existant which i knew about

Have you tried Langley Mill breakers (01773 531363) they should be able to help. He had quite a few R75's in.
If you need a hand mate just let me know.

im guessing the shocks are not shared by any other rover or mg or am i wrong?????
