Rear Discs...unvented change to vented

Missed my chance yesterday....I could have checked this very easily with a tape measure on Simons red ZT but.....with the freezing wind rain and snow....anyways...I want to change the discs on the back of late ZT-T which are unvented to the earlier model version which have vented rear discs.

Question time....is the caliper the same...but just different pad thickness...or do I need to scroll the breakers yard for some calipers too?

(or maybe I could get the grinder on the pistons.....kidding....just kidding)

This summer I am actually going to get round to doing this....does anyone have two cars close together to compare the technical bits??

I can get the parts new, but I want to know if the stub axle dimensions, ABS sensors and back plate are the same...is this going to be a BIG job?? any one done this?
