That is a bit like asking if Nick Griffin is a danger to society:D

It looks a good price to me.

It is a good price, do not forget the warning light wires ;)

It's about half the other good price that I know about.

Which wires do you mean Lates?

I can see wires & spade connectors on two of the pads (far left & far right of pic). Do you mean those....or are there others that don't come with the kit?

That would be wear indicator leads, should be replaced with pad replacement. I front 1 Rear

Pic shows BMW 3 series E30 part. Rover one is very similar if not the same (only picture I could find at short notice.)

E Car Parts in Sandy Beds stock them at £15.00 the pair 01767 682100 / 900

Thanks MGM. Can I re-use the indicator leads that are already on the car, or do I need to change them when I change the pads?

Regards

Simon

The leads are designed to wear along with the pads. You are strongly advised to replace them at the same time as pads. Some people have managed to re-use but generally this is not possible and break when removed.

Yes that seems to makes sense.

Agree there GG. Mine looked allright when I removed them but fell apart when trying to refit, and the old pads were only half worn. :(
See this is SMC again (it surprises me how much Rover/MG stuff they have and prices).
If you didn't win the auction they may still sell at that price if you contact them, worth a try 'cause thats a good price for O/E pads.:)

They're selling the pads and discs for £84.95. I wonder if it's worth going for those instead of just the pads.

NB. If anyone's interested SMC say they do have more pads in stock.

ECP do similar deals on Discs and pad sets. If SMC are out of stock

I hadn't heard of them. It's always useful to know another parts supplier.
