Help - What is this pipe for?

Whilst checking the plenum drain pipes, I looked under the front of the car and this pipe is hanging down. Its a rubber pipe and is located near the middle of the underside, near where the exhaust goes to the front of vehicle.

Hubby thinks it may just be a drain pipe....rather be sure..:o

Those ones are probably the plenum drains. One each side
